Inspections

Here at High Ropes Builders we don't just build the course we also inspect them too. 

If you have a High ropes course, Low Ropes course, Zip Wire, Climbing tower, Adventure course, Assault Course etc. You should know that you are legal reasonable to ensure that they are fit for purpose and your fallibility is safe for all that use it. We offer a a range of options to help you ensure your facility is safe.

 

 

Routine Visual Checks

Operational Inspection

A routine visual check is to be carried out by a trained staff member from your team prior to the start of a session. This inspection is aimed at ensure the course if safe to use and identify that has changed i.e vandalism, tree or branch issues, adverse weather issues.

Periodical Inspection

A Periodical inspection is  operational, visual and functional inspection of a facility. It is recommended to be carried out at least every 12 months by a qualified and experienced staff member. it will cover every inch of your course and look at the constructor, function test of equipment, verify your Log, Checks and PPE. 

It is possible for a Periodical inspection to be carried out by a member for your team. We are happy to give advise and training how to go about this.

A operational inspection is a more in-depth inspections that normally is carried out every 1 - 3 months. We can offer a qualified experienced staff member to undertake operational inspection for you. Or the inspection can be carried out by a trained and qualified member of your team. 

PPE Inspection

PPE inspection must be carried out  on all PPE every 6 months as a minimum under LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) and PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998) 

 

You must have experienced  competent person to undertake  all your PPE checks. We offer a experienced assessor to undertake all you PPE inspection needs

PPE inspection can be carried out by a trained and qualified member of your team.
