OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND
OPERATIONAL INSPECTIONS

Any organisation that installs or manages a children's play area must take responsibility for the overall safety of the equipment in place. This covers everything from the initial design and equipment selection to routine repairs and maintenance, and regular inspections.

High Ropes Builders are pleased to offer Outdoor Playground Operational Inspection services nationwide

In accordance with British Standard EN 1176 (installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of playground equipment and its surrounding surfacing) it is recommended that operational inspections are carried out on at least a quarterly basis, or more frequently with heavy use.

Playground inspections are proven to lower the risk, improve health and safety and so reduce the claims made against owners of these spaces.

The Operational Inspection should be carried out by a competent person, and looks in detail at the condition of the equipment and the surrounding surfaces.

High Ropes Builders are fully qualified to the necessary levels required by the Register of Play Inspectors International (RPII), and we offer a friendly, jargon-free service with advice on how to prolong the life of your equipment for the future.
